Brass Founders Exits As Paystack-led Consortium Acquires Fintech

Brass, a Nigerian based financial technology bank has been acquired by an investment group led by Paystack few months after it barred customers from withdrawals. Others involved in the acquisition are PiggyVest, P1 Ventures and Ventures Platform.

Tech Diary reports that the company’s co-founders, Sola Akindolu and Emmanuel Okeke will exit the organisation as a result of the acquisition.

According to TechCabal, the investors said “We’re excited to act as new stewards for Brass’ mission: to enable entrepreneurship for Africans, making it more frictionless, and successful.”
